Q: Am I getting a fancy Jewel Case or DVD cases with my purchase?
A: In order for us to deliver the best quality product at the lowest cost, all of our products come on a Retail Labeled DVD and/or CD whatever is applicable in a plain paper sleeve. This saves tremendous costs and our research has found that most people do not spend hours looking at a fancy case or label but are actually more interested in using the product and the quality of the product. We believe in trying to be good stewards of the environment and control our use of non-essential plastics and paper usage when it comes to our products. We do not believe in supplying non-essential boxes and plastic cases that add to the consumption of fossil fuels and forest deforestation. We devote our time and resources in giving you the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices. If non-essential fancy boxes and plastic cases with artwork are that important to you then we suggest that you pay the higher prices and buy those items. We could certainly add the Boxes and Cases and charge more money for our products but we believe that most customers are really interested in the product itself and those boxes and case go largely ignored after time and do not add to the actual product being purchased anyway.
Q: What kind of a disk am I getting?
A: All of our Products are produced in-house using state of the art duplication techniques and conforms and is in compliance with any and all payment service provider policies that may apply regarding the sale of media on recordable formats. Depending on the product purchased they may be on cd-r or dvd-r media. Please make sure that your computer system or home dvd player (whichever is applicable) is compliant with playing the media purchased. More details can be found in the items description. All disks come with our standard retail labeling (no hand-written labels).
Q: How much is Shipping & Handling?
A: Shipping & Handling is $3.99 per order for Domestic USA orders. Multiple orders can be combined up to $99.99 if all are ordered at the same time. We ship all products in padded secure mailers with delivery confirmation. See our International Sales Info page for International and Canadian Orders.
Q: How do I pay and what forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently are set-up to accept Paypal Payments only thru our shopping cart system. We only sell and ship Domestic USA to confirmed Paypal addresses. We will also accept U.S. Postal Service Money Orders. Please email us at e4lessstore@gmail.com with products you wish to order and we will email you with total due and address info. We can also accept Google as a payment method. Please conatct us with your order details and we can send a Google Money request to your email account.
Q: How fast can I expect to receive my order?
A: We ship same day or next day, we ship via USPS FIRST CLASS OR Media Mail depending on weight and you should expect your order to arrive within 5-7 working days after ordering. Depending on your order we may upgrade shipping to USPS First Class Mail at no extra cost to you.
Q: What is your return and refund policy?
A: We guarantee that the disks you purchase are free of defects and will function as advertised. As such, we will replace any defective disks within 7 days of receipt. No exceptions. Customer is responsible for all postage regarding returns. Because the disks can be easily copied we offer no refunds whatsoever for any reason. Please do not buy if you do not agree with this condition. By purchasing any products from this site, customer agrees to be bound by these terms unconditionally. |
